Hi, I'm Chi-Ying! It's pronounced "CHEE-ING". I also go by Jenny.
Holding a BS degree in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin, I focus on film amd sound production. I enjoy exploring different styles of films, such as documentaries, narrative shorts, and experimental.
Growing up with an obsession of storytelling, I remember that when I was in second grade, I participated in a storytelling competition. While I was on stage telling my story about a girl selling popcorn, the audience was taken with my every move and word. Leaving my audience spell-bound by my storytelling soon became my favorite activity. After making films for several years now, I am looking to incorporate my storytelling skills into the field of user experience design.
Besides filmmaking and designing, you'll find me making recipes, growing herbs, and baking (Yay for cheesecakes!). I'm also a front-end developer, actively honing my coding skills.
